V hlavě se mísí pocity a racionalní myšlení, což způsobuje zmatek. A nejdůležitější je si věřit, mít pocit opory, ten bod od kterýho se může člověk odrazit a taky se k němu vrátit, to je jistota, v sebe sama, v partnera, kterej má život toho druhýho ve svých rukou, a dává mu důvěru, v něj i v sebe, důvěru že je jištěnej a nemůže se nic stát.
